Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Daniel Woller, Stöckachstr. 60, 97249 Eisingen, Germany, email: kontakt@padelcademy.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at padelcademy.com/app.html?widerrufen=1 via the button "Withdraw from contract" (in the Padelcademy app it can also be reached via the menu and the footer). If you use this online function, we will send you without delay an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

During the withdrawal period the button "Withdraw from contract" is permanently available: in the app's menu and footer and directly at padelcademy.com/app.html?widerrufen=1, also without signing in. There you enter your name, the email address for the acknowledgement of receipt and, if at hand, the order number, and confirm with "Confirm withdrawal". If you are signed in, we assign the withdrawal to the contract of your account; otherwise we use your details. The acknowledgement confirms receipt of your statement; we check afterwards whether the withdrawal is effective.
In our classification, Padelcademy Pro is a digital service. Your right of withdrawal therefore exists throughout the entire withdrawal period of 14 days, even if Pro has already started; it only expires once the service has been provided in full, and that is not the case within the 14 days for either the monthly subscription or the 12-month access. Because Pro starts immediately, an order is currently only possible with the express request for an immediate start.
If you withdraw, we refund the full amount as a rule. We only keep a proportionate amount for the time until withdrawal (compensation for value) if you expressly requested that Pro starts before the withdrawal period expires, we properly informed you beforehand about the right of withdrawal and the compensation for value, and we provided you with the contract confirmation by email. It is calculated by days (amount paid × days used ÷ days of the period paid for, rounded down to the full cent). If the service has not yet started when you withdraw — for example a 12-month access that only starts after a running month —, no compensation is due. Details are in section 5 of the Pro terms; your statutory claims take precedence.
